What is creative thinking?
The Merriam-Webster dictionary
defines creative thinking as a new way of seeing or doing things, characterized by fluency (generating many ideas), flexibility (shifting perspective easily), and originality (conceiving of something new).
Creativity and innovation go together
• Creativity is defined as Production of novel and useful ideas in any domain

• Life is becoming increasingly complex, fast and changing at a faster pace

What it means of CREATIVITY?
• Creativity involves the power to create and bring about change. Creativity involves originality, imagination, inspiration, and inventiveness.
• Fortunately, creativity is not restricted to great artists, but it can be fostered by training, encouragement, and practice.
• Creativity is a biological process, and people can be trained to be open to environmental stimuli than can provide opportunities for imagination and ingenuity.
• Everyone has the power to be creative; while not everyone will paint a masterpiece or write a great novel, everyone can be curious, seek change and take risks.
Why we need creative Thinking?
We need creative thinking because our knowledge is limited. We do not know what we do not know, and also how much we do not know. In some respects we are like the blind man who grabbed a tiger by his tail and declared: “A tiger is a rope.”

• The stages of creative process are quite consistent. First described at the beginning of the twentieth century by Graham Wallas, they consist of
1. preparation,

3. incubation
4. illumination,

• 1. Gain an Awareness and knowledge humor. It takes both a change in attitude and behavior.
• 2. Identify inappropriate humor. Avoid it.
• 3. Get to know what amuses you.
• 4. Do a humor history on yourself.
• 5. Keep a file of humorous anecdotes stories, jokes cartoons.
• 6. You need to be somewhat of a risk taker.
• 7. Allow yourself to be silly.
• 8. Surround yourself with people who have a humorous, positive outlook, and most of all, learn to laugh at yourself.
Train your mind for creating a better world
• Creative thinking is something you can train your mind to do. Some people are actually born with creative thinking abilities, while others have to really work to let themselves be a creative thinker. However, it is possible for anyone to become a great creative thinker whether they were naturally born or they have to work at it
Many teachers loose interest in job and become stressful when they loose the innovation in teaching and creativity.
